Not a bad idea, BUT for future removal of the headers for whatever reason she will want to make sure she has a thread chaser kit to dig out all the crap still lodged in the threads so the threads don't get messed up when re-installing the headers.

Loc-tite just makes stuff really sticky to me. I never have broken bolts off or anything. And everything I bolt on gets loc-tite. The motor shakes like nuts. I blew my exhuast gasket a few weeks ago, since the loc-tite those puppies are solid. I only have a 1 3/4 header and I get alot of pressure around the flange.
