Im going to assume you arent running a/c yet which means you drive around with your windows down. For some reason with the windows down it creates a wierd low/high pressure system and pulls the hot air from under the car inside the passneger area.

And arent you running a pro-chamber pipe too? If you are that explains a lot too since that big center chamber sits right under the center console.
