Does your friend want the welds? They look awesome man. The longer they're on the car the more I want to keep them.

Hey, if he wants practice so he can get to the point where he can charge for his services he should jump all over anyone willing to hand him a set of heads. Not like it would be cheap to have fixed by someone else if he has a problem (and probably not worth it for E7's).

Unfortunately, the machine I'm using is at my school, school is out at the end of this week for a couple of months. Once school is back in I will do them again until I can save for my own machine

I got the other side done today looks exactly like the first head I would have taken pictures but I forgot my dig cam

I matched up the valves to the seats and they fit beautifully as my teacher put it. They are just past the valve centerline meaning the valves will allow air in slightly earlier for a little better performance

Just waiting on the new valve guide seals to come in to put them the rest of the way together and see what they do .

All I need to do now is sell my welds so I can give you some money and pay you for those new seals.

Here's the last set of pics

All the valves/guides have been pre-oiled to make sure they don't rust etc.

Valve seats.

ALL the valves out while installing the new valve seals.

Both heads.

New seals in place.

Heads with springs reinstalled.
