Went with black sand pearl. Basically a black with some really cool hints of green/blue metallic pearl.

No options. It was a base model with a manual transmission, which is about impossible to find until the '05's come out. Sticker price was $14.2k. Went with the extended 7yr/100k warranty for an extra $1200. So I guess out the door I paid about $15.4k.

Alan the garage thing might turn out to be a problem but there are ways around everything. I hope you do some more research on this before you sell the svo. The insurence on that is crazy high but if you can get it down to like 50 a month then that should allow you to keep the car without any problems.

How bad is your driving record anyway?

I had a bad month in 2001. Started with a speeding ticket in NC in the middle of May. One week later I received two tickets on the same day. So theoretically the end of this month should yield a nice reduction in insurance once the tickets fall off my record.

My other dilema is possible relocation for a job. I am actively searching for a new job, which may require me to move. If that is the case I need to sell the SVO as it won't pass inspections/emissions. Plus I'd rather not have to find a place where I can store an extra car and whatnot.
