Default real quick stupid question

are the numbers shown for nitrous kits motor or wheel horsepower?

the reason i am asking is it makes more sense for it to be motor horsepower, but in the 5.0 mags and others they do the dyno test on some cars on a chassis dyno. and the numbers are right around what they are advertised at the wheels it seems.

thanks

Motor. Every magazine I've seen there's been substantial loss. A 150 shot system was making an increase of 98rwhp. Granted it was on a stock car with intake exhaust and sufficient fuel system, with 145,000 on the clock.
