Think so?

With all the bolt ons you would be looking at around 400rwhp I think. On slicks or beefy drag radials (1.6 60ft) it would be mid 11s.

There's a guy I talk to on another website has a GT with bolt-ons, 150 shot and BFG's and ran 11.72@116. So on slicks definately possible. But sub 1.6's to run mid 11's. -Mark

The faster the car goes on the motor the more efficiant the motor is. AKA 150 shot in a 14.00 car yeilds 12.80 pass (gain of 1.2 seconds) in a car that runs 10.00's a 150 with give you a 9.4 pass. (Only 6 tenths gain.) So his car would have to run 11.00 or better to get a 150 to make a 10:30 pass. And your not getting 11.00 with stock interals. You need 10:1 or 11:1 pistons to make that kind of power, especially for a 2001.

Jomar ran mid 11s with his 96 cobra and a 150 shot. It had bolt ons only. But thats a long way from low 10s.

And the above post is also correct (dnstommy)
My car runs low 11s on motor (11.2-11.4) and with a 100 shot it ran a 10.4 so about .8 gain.
Add another 100 for 200 total and it ran 10.0 for a .4 gain.

So he would have to be running pretty damn good on motor in order to get those times with a 150 shot. It is possible with a completely maxed out setup....but you would CERTAINLY know it by looking at the car. It would have massive weight reduction and a suspension from hell.
