Brake Master Cylinder
I'm upgrading to larger Baer/Cobra brakes, so I'm thinking it would be wise to go with a Cobra master cylinder in place of my SVO unit. My questions:
Will the hard lines bolt up to the new unit, or will I have to bend new ones?
Will a newer Cobra master cylinder bolt in with no problems? The SVO master cylinder is a popular upgrade for those fox body owners upgrading to the Lincoln Mark VII brakes. Plus the newer style master cylinder bolts into a fox body with no issues...so I'm thinking I won't have a problem going with a newer Cobra master cylinder.
Last question...is this upgrade/swap absolutely necessary? The SVO master cylinder is pretty decent as is for the upgraded factory brakes.

Try it without first and see how it goes. If anything they will be a little soft. I know on my car any upgrade to a sn95 master requires a 3-2 port conversion.
