cheapest performance parts
I always found Summit or Jegs to have decent deals. Not a whole lot of Mustang specific stuff, but the few things they do have are competitively priced and their customer service is excellent.

Summit. Before I moved here to Tampax, er I mean Tampa I used to buy all my stuff from Holcomb Motorsports in Lumberton, NC. Great guys to deal with. Their prices on walk in-walk out stuff was cheaper than advertised in the Mustang magazines.

Yup, for new parts, you can't hardly beat Summit. Jegs is competitive and you should really shop around for the parts you want. I just built a motor and Summit got most of my business after the first cheap"er" item took 6 weeks to arrive. (Yea, I save a few bucks, but it wasn't worth the wait....)
However if you are not in a hurry, just post what you are looking for and check out the for sale section. We all like to help a fellow Mustang owner mod out his car, so you never know what you will find unless you ask. As a matter of fact, I think I have a Power Buyer rating with Scott!!!
