I had a 91 coupe that I bought for $5000. It came with a vortech A-trim blower, I added NOS and got the car to the mid/low 11's. I broke the tranny one day and started to build a motor for it, got tired and frustrated with the car and the money - so I sold the car for 2200 in pieces. It was worth at least $5000 in pieces.

My biggest mistake was wasting all that damn money on the Focus. Luckily I didn't lose as much as I originally thought I would, but with all that money I wasted I could be living in my own house instead of renting.

Biggest mistake was not double checking the tranny fluid after a motor swap in which we had to drain the tranny fluid to pull it out etc. Driving it 60 miles without fluid and having it lock up on the howard franklin. Oh then doing a tranny swap and not double checking the tranny fluid, which my brother had conveniently drained without telling me AFTER it was installed. Drove about 30 miles tranny locked up next to gator ford. I drove it for like 4 months after that with 1st 3rd and 5th sometimes and other times i would have 2nd 4th and reverse Needless to say the next tranny swap from that one to the MTX75 was much better, I did it at school. Taking my car to Indy Mustang Performance when I lived in Indianapolis. If you ever visit the Corral you'll see a huge thread on those ass clowns. They f'd my car severely and ripped me off hardcore.
