Default Turbo ZX2 Dyno Run Video...

Well I know most of you guys opinion on Escorts, converstions have already been went through, hehe how its a waste, etc. So I don't need to hear that again, lol. I am an Admin on Teamzx2.com and one of our members was the test monkey for the kit so I wanted to share.

The video of Focus-Power aka Turbo Tom's Dyno pull w/ his newly developed ZX2 Turbo Kit. For those who don't know Focus-Power make some nice Turbo setups for the Focus and SVTF.

Here's the video, might want to right click and save as:

ZX2 Dyno Run (Right Click, Save As)

Here's the Dyno Chart, 17psi and Race Gas:

They also did a run on 9psi and 93 Octane and put down 218hp and 223tq. Not too bad in a ZX2 that ways in at 2450lbs.

Tom puts together one hell of a kit, but I could never put it upon myself to just give up $5600 for a kit. As I said in another post, I just came to the conclusion turboing a Zetec is more trouble than its worth (for me at least).

You definitely have a point there, hehe....

I just figured I'd share, this in no way means I would drop the money into a Zetec for it, but hey someone did....

Yeah like Corey R. said, 9psi 93 Octane, 218hp, 223tq.

Not great, but not bad in a 2450lb car.
