Fordman & Forcefed...
Well i think that intercooler will be way to small for anything over the 500 mark. If i'm wrong someone correct me but for 1000hp you will need to pump right around 100-110lbs of air a minute. Now to chill that i believe one would need an intercooler that can flow at least 1000cfm's to be anywhere colse to be efficient at cooling the charge. That cooler looks to be hard pressed to perform at the 500hp level, but you never know and i could just be talking out my ass. The kit looks nice though.

That intercooler will flow around 1100-1300cfm at 1.5psi drop if I remember correctly. Reason I know is a buddy ran one on his Talon for a while. Worked quite well, obviously his only had 2.5" inlet/outlet and was 2.5" thick where as this is 3" but the flow capbilities on a top to bottom are much better. The cooling isn't quite as good since the air spends less time in the fins. It's also a extrude hone design instead of bar and plate.
I'm more into Spearco myself but this is still a nice intercooler.

The thing about Ebay turbo kits (or any Ebay product for that matter) is you have no idea that picture is actually what you will be getting. They can steal a picture, then "fabricate" their own lookalike kit and put it up for sale. I've seen quite a few Focus turbo kits on Ebay that smelled fishy.
Its one of those things where I'd have to see it before bidding.
