? on Lifters

are roller lifters neccessary for a roller cam? Rebuilding a motor but not sure about the lifters.

Yes. They are cheap anyway why would you wanna downgrade back to flat tappet? The lifters themselves are $110 at most places and a TFS stage 1 or any of the ford cams are $130-$170.

unless you're getting solid roller lifters, then they're closer to $300.. unless you buy mine for $150...
