My New Cobra
hey guys whats up? well i just bought a bone stock '98 Cobra w/52,000 on the clock and i am gonna take her 2 the drag strip (1/8 mile) on thursday. I live in central FL and it will be about 45-52 degrees thurs. night at sea level. I am wondering what kind of times to expect within a range. I have excellent drag racing skills so don't factor me being a bad driver in, i've been racing for 4 years now so im pretty good at it. if anyone with cobra knowlege can help me out i would appreciate it. Thx!
Well I can't help you with info on quatermile times...but I do want to say congrats on the purchase of a wonderful car. I always thought '98 was the best year for the Cobra (not including the '03)...no IRS and the best PCM (or so I am told).
