Wow, that really sucks man ... brand new tranny after 6 months and it was 4th gear? That's the gear it stuck in? Strange that would be the gear to go.

Damn man, probably not an option to get a tremec, huh?

You sure you adjusted the stops correctly on the shifter? Sounds an awful lot like bent shift forks to me.

the trany's aren't just built for power, they're a better built transmission as well. You don't haveto have a minimum hosepower rating to use one.
new shifter will help, but is it the same problem on each one?
