Never the same problem. First tranny was acutally a junkyard one that I had for 18 months but it grinded 2nd gear the entire time. My friend was upgrading to a tremec for his combo and sold me his t5 cheap and it had bene freshened up twice for the hell of it. Well 3 weeks later, the front gears on the main and the counter shaft chewed each other apart.
This one I left the factory short throw shifter that comes with the tranny on there just incase I had problems such as this and they might denys giving me anything since I switched them. I really think this was just a bad one, it should have lasted way longer than this.

Is your clutch cable out of whack ? Is your firewall bent in causing the clutch to engage / disengage incorrectly ?
Or are you beating it to hard ?
Bite the bullet and have the guy that built mine years ago do your rebuild. He is reasonable and mine lasted 6+ years of 5K dupms on slicks.

New cable setup. No I dont beat on it hard. No dumping the clutch, no power shifting. Just more spirited driving, but I dont slam the gears everytime I shift.
Id rather not go for a rebuild. Not like I can afford a rebuild anyway. But Pm his # just incase.

I dunno, I had a T5 WC that I beat the crap out of for many miles and had alot more power than Jeremy is pushing. I think something is definately wrong with either the transmissions or the driver interface.
On the next tranny, ditch the B&M. Heard some stories on how that shifter may be the common denominator in tranny issues.

Hey bro cheak your clutch cable. My cousin had the same shit happen and his cable was twisted when he bought it brand new! Seems like he got one out of a bad batch, and got it replaced free of charge and no questions asked!

if you can, just go for the tremec.
i have the 3550 with the steeda clutch quadrant and steeda tri ax shifter.
no problems at all, and i power shift when racing all the time. if you can, just bite the bullet and do it right.
ive had it for more than a year now and will never do anything different.
(cept maybe a stronger tremec in the future)

I didn't have any problems with my stock T-5 when I had it in my car. 3100 lbs, 5400 chip in the 2-step, slicks, 1.49 short times and 11.60's in the 1/4. There might be something causing the tranny problems and not the tranny itself. Just a thought.
