I was in there having my ecu reflashed to the latest upgrade, I asked one of the shop mechanics if I could get any warranty work done if I had mods....he told me, "it's all in who you know."
I think if you went down there and started nosing around with a case of beer or some loose bills you probably could get your work done for you under warranty. just a guess.

Update: Took the car in with absolutely no trouble from the dealership. They had to drop my tranny, and they didn't say one word about my shifter. If you have any problems with your cobras and have gotten the shaft at other dealers; see Scott Parker (Service Manager) at Brandon. He will hook you up.
