I loved mine, build quality was great, fit and finish were above par for a $13,000 car (read: it is no Mercedes Maybach) and it treated me right.

No. That is just everything to make it easier to drop in the motor and rearend. On average it costs approx. $15-20k to complete this project....which isn't too bad considering you can purchase a used Focus anwhere from $5-7k.
