Default What happen to the 03 Cobras at Track Day?

I hear the best time was 12.9? What mph? I cant believe they actually want to race a cam only LS1 with those times..

He told me he just spun all of 1st....that's not a bad clutch, that's just not throttling back a titch.

12.6 @ 112 was my best. With a 1.8 60 foot, which is great for me!

Throw out bearing is SHOT.. It rattles so loud you can hear me approaching from over a block away.. lol.. And I cant chirp 2nd for the life of me, the RPM's just go up and slowing drop back down while the clutch catches. I am sure the 315's didnt help my clutch much either

Stage 3 here I come.

Congrats on the new #'s.. Just to let you know and to give you a little motivation.. I ran 12.28 at 116mph 2 years ago with only 390rwhp/380rwtq at 3750lbs with a 2.0 60ft.. Hmmmmmmmm..

Spec Stage 3 going in very soon.
The clutch is okay, but the t/o bearing has seen better days. Hopefully Tremec makes a hardened t/o bearing retainer (like they do for the t 5's) so that it won't happen again. Being the Mustang veteran that I am, I have heard worse than his. At least it wasn't the death knoll rod knock that I know Aharon has heard from a certain red convertable before.

And BTW, I could still make it chirp 4th if given the chance. Driver has alot to do with it in addition to vehicular knowledge/familarity.
