no cable or new quad, just a new clutch and pilot bearing.

I let me foot sit on my pedal all the time, stop light to stop light, and I drive aggresivley so I am always lookin to move ahead of some slow ass person therefore making me shift constantly.

Btw, the noise you have has nothing to do with the cable or quadrant, when mine broke i put a brandnew cable and quadrant in, lubed everything that i could under there and it still makes that noise, it's probably the throw out bearing.
