I let me foot sit on my pedal all the time, stop light to stop light, and I drive aggresivley so I am always lookin to move ahead of some slow ass person therefore making me shift constantly.
S.P.E.C is good, just dont lean on that pedal, which u wont.....

only other clutch I can reccomend scott is a ram stage 3. We installed on behind a 331 with brodix heads TFS-R intake and a vortech on it, hold sup very damn well even with sticky tires.
though ive read nothing but had things about centerforce clutches

Btw, the noise you have has nothing to do with the cable or quadrant, when mine broke i put a brandnew cable and quadrant in, lubed everything that i could under there and it still makes that noise, it's probably the throw out bearing.
