Nick (Monkey) and I took a few test rides in the car today just trying to fix the pipes from popping off under boost. I've got one more to fix and I think I'm good for a while. Boost is holding at a steady 8psi now which is what the stock wastegate is set to. It feels pretty damn good. I spun the tires for the first time today too which was nice We were rolling out onto a road about 10mph or so. The car was driving straight so its not like I was transferring weight off the wheel or anything. Rolled into throttle and as boost came in we were one wheel peelin (stock 2.3 7.5 rear in it for now). It was an awesome rush, then we popped a pipe off and drove it home easy. I should have my piping issues resolved tomorrow. Gonna get the muffler and hood on it, and Tuesday night go out driving with the import guys and get some baseline runs in. Not sure what to expect but I'm real curious to find out.

I've got quite a bit of tuning to do yet, but part throttle is fine. Really my biggest issue right now is when I smack the throttle, I have a huge stumble. We know what it is, I just have to tune it out (when it was first going, we put a ton of fuel in for the TPS enrichment function, now that its more refined, that is way too much fuel) so its dumping in super rich when you smack the gas. If you roll into it, no stumble. Plus we have yet to really play with timing and fuel either.

 

I bet the stumble is the wrond jetting in the carb..
