Track Event 5 Rain Out Information
I will keep this short for now since I am so disappointed with all of this and just don't know where to start.
Monday afternoon I have a conference call with the owners of the track to figure out several possible make-up dates and other things. We will vote on the make-up dates here on TR once they have been established.
A big thanks to all of you that showed before the weather started and to everyone else that made plans to come or had pre-paid. Hopefully we can keep the same excitement level I was hearing about that was building towards tonight. Especially since we had so many heavy hitters lined up to put on a show for everyone.
The final numbers were 50 + pre-paids (which is a record) and a additional 19 that were going to pay at the gate !
This was our first rain out for one of these events but rest assured that I will go out of my way to get all of this lined back up as soon as possible.
PM me after the announcement of the new dates on Monday night if you have any additional questions.

Hey guys, I am new to this forum and was turned on to it by the event held at BMP tonight. I work out there and saw a bunch of disappointed faces when the rain hit.
Oh well, we will definitely get you guys set up for another night very soon and I hope to see everyone out there at the rescheduled date and hopefully in force as it was supposed to be tonight. Keep racing and keep it clean!!!

Scott, thanks for taking the time to put this together. 
Let us know when the make-up date is finalized.... I am sure you will. 
btw, I didn't know if I was going to get fried by lightning or washed into the manatee river tonight. :o

I'll take responsibility for the rain out...
as I was washing the car this afternoon my wife warned me about washing it...
I've always said that when I wash my car to take it out that night.. it'll rain and damn if it STILL doesn't hold true!

Just wanted to extend a big thanks to Scott and everyone who helped him put this together. We saw the clouds rolling in and figured it would be bad. Then the rain hit here and the BMP status line had already declared a rainout. Whenever the reschedule date is, the group that was going will do everything we can to attend. Thanks again guys!
