which car would win?
a friend of mine has just purchased a 1988 fhp(florida highway patrol) mustang with a superchip,and a hurst shifter he was wondering if he could take a cobra?....I say no but what do you guy/gals think?

Not likely, but ye never know! Drivers are a huge factor in that situation.

99-02 are pretty much the same hp wise, right around 305-320hp, but in 03 they steped it up to 390, and no, that FHP mustang wont take any cobra any year until it gets some work done.

No offense, but that thing would be a star attraction in my rearview mirror. Unless that car runs a 13.5 1/4 or better, it is pretty much bait for any 96-present Cobra and even my little shitbox 1.6L.
