Me, No. I've been very lucky, but I have seen and heard of some horror stories and want no part of it.

 

I personally dont give2 hoots what he's done in his past. I've done much worse,.. spent 8 months in county jail and 33 months in prison with 10 years probation. So I honestly dont care.

My point is what other course of retaliation do I have Shaun? What else can I do to him? As much as I'd like to get a few brothers to work him over,.. thats just not my style anymore. I'm just going to get my story out there for all to read and let the internet gossip queens do their thing.

You know me Shaun. This has been a long time coming. I think I have been as nice and patient as a guy can be, all things considered. I'm out $3000 cash, plus who knows how much more now with my car sitting out in the weather, going to have to pay someone else to finish the car. I'll be into this car now for almost $25k all said and done. No reason for all that. Our cars should have been finished months ago. Instead he feeds us line after line of empty promises and BS. I'm over it. I'm over him and all of the crap he's been selling me. Its time to man up.

Well obviously he has to know about this thread, sux-fo-sho. Ive been in those shoes with a painter on here (Randall Hearn) and he yoked me over for 1200 beans, I damn sure came to realize one thing from that transaction.... Never pay cash up front. Considering whats going on with Tony, and I know Bryan... I have to admit that I am shocked he has gone this way.

 

I'm waiting on him to here his side of the story, always heard good stuff about him? sorry you have to go through this, never pay upfront.

 

He is a hell of a nice guy. Other then this... I dont have any personal conflicts with him. Our conversations have always remained pleasant.

He does great work. He came very highly recommended. But for him to stiff us like this shows bad business on his part. All I ever asked from him was to finish my car. I even asked if there was anything I could do to expedite the process. Said he had a guy that was going to work for him but it didnt pan out. I just want what I paid him to do. I dont feel I am being unreasonable at all. This has been dragging out long enough.

 

If you change your mind, me and the vatos are right around the corner, and for a only small fee revenge is sweet.

You could start by not paying the full amount before you see an ounce of work next time around.

 

Well, I wouldn't be any bigger than that! I mean, how would you like it if I took $3000 from you? And didn't do what I promised? A deal was made and from what has been said, there has been plenty of time to make things right. I mean, if I owed you 3 grand, and then didn’t call you… Would you come looking for me? How about I just ignored you calls, your texts, and blew you off? I can't even begin to tell you how petty I would get. I’m just saying that karma, sometimes can have a little assistance… A little call to the right people at the wrong time.... And honestly, this is so much more when someone does this to our babies. My car is an extension of me. I dreamed up the motor, what transmission I wanted, the brakes, and even the paint. And to have someone take that dream from me and not care? Not even be man enough to help me finish what I paid him for… It makes my temper boil.
If I could swing it, I would get Tony’s car and complete it. Then go for Jim’s too… but I can’t do it without ending in divorce court. My desire is for nothing more than to help a fellow car enthusiast complete his dream… I hate it for the guys… I really wish I could take a few months off from work and go pick the cars up. Those cars are more than just sheet metal, gears, and another day of work to me… Those cars are their pride and joy…. This whole thing blows...
