Same as my last post. Just trying to ride out the last of the chemo (for now, there will be more after surgery) till I can get in for the surgery and hopefully come out of it a cancer free guy again. Things are slowly coming to a head.

Well I am glad the chemo isnt killing you. I gotta line up my new Camaro against what ever version of the Dirtmobile you are on now, so you have to hang in and beat this stuff. If I can help in anyway let me know.

Well, it's not because the chemo isn't trying.

The new Dirtmobile will be the Cremesicle Coupe ('07 Valencia) It will look better than the Dirtmobile but will be just a shadow of it. I was going to go with a 400+ hp 2.3 Turbo setuup in it but I've decided to just keep those parts in the garage for now and build it basically a stock 2.3 Turbo with a little porting and valves maybe, although I do still have all stock stuff lying around too. I don't need to be buying $5.00 per gallon premium just to get to work. Nothing like a little cancer to change your perspective on things...not to mention screw up your checkbook. KWIM?

I know what you mean. You have to beat the cancer now just because it got in the way of you getting your speed fix.

You can do wonderful things with a 2.3t. Check out Youtube and search for a guy named Huber. You can squeeze 1000+ hp out of 1/2 an engine. Not cheap but very doable. Check www.turbofords.net in their "proven combinations". Its not really hard at all to match what you can do with a 5.0.
