Again comparing apples to oranges. Who builds that muscle mig? Lincoln?And comparing a 220v to a 110v, they are night and day different in the way they weld and ability to fine tune the adjustments.
I found they were made by Systematics.

Miller makes a 140AS (AutoSet) which is perfect. Which means you basically set the thickness of the metal, and the thickness of the wire and it regulates the voltage "almost" perfectly.

I seen those and wondered if they worked very well (autoset). If you want a good machine, Miller is the way to go.

They do work well. They are trying to use it as novice or first time users welder. Which it could be, but as with any welder, it takes practice. I love mine, it workes great, but I started with a lincoln weldpak as my first welder. That welder sucked ass.

the auto set works good enough, the Hobart 140 works well for light metals..

I think most 110v welders are only good up to 1/4" material.

they can... but hears a good website i use alot while im in school..Which Hobart Mig Welder Should I ask to the dance?

the guy that dose that site is a 6g aws pipe welder , im working on getting my 6g cert also should take me a year or so.

I always like the Handler I had. It worked just fine for light things. (exhaust etc.)
