Bro!!! Just in... I was at the Hobby shop yesterday and they have the new OFNA/Jammin SCRT-10 kit...Normally $265+ and they will let me get it for $225ish... NOTE: It is the KIT... Complete chassis, drive train, suspension and ALL! No electronics... With RTR is $450.00... I am thinking about throwing it on layaway...LOL!

On OFNA's home page shows this same truck taking 1ST, 2ND & 3RD place at one of the big events.... The dude at the Hobby Shop immediately placed his on layaway since he said he knows they WONT last! They rec'd 2...and they were gone while they were shipped! before the shop even rec'd em....

 

It was a toss up between the hyper 10sc and the scrt 10
i pick the hyper because strc makes a sweet hop up kit for it

dam... havent been here in a min... I am still doing my thang and steppin up my game and speed... Sold the TC4 since I never used it... BRAND NEW! ever since I purchased the TC5 that what I been all about. Its done but needs some tuning in steering and throttle. Gonna start working on the Rustler soon with a few more mods to use as a daily basher/street/backyard/lake park track truggy. As of stepping up... Well, just purchased my FIRST 1/8 kit! New released ASSOCIATED RC8Be Team Factory kit. Haven't started the build yet but the parts look BEASTLY! I did however, already custom paint the body. A pearl/metallic/color changing from the center of the sheel cockpit area a steel baby blue fading down to the edges all around candt apple metallic blue and backed with indy silver... Lets just say PIC DO NO JUSTICE! Came out amazing! PICS TO FOLLOW...

bought and sold a few .. started getting into nitro .. but they are too loud... gonna sell em

 

never liked em for that reason also... The ONLY one I would want that would be nitro/gas... Is the HPI 1/5 Baja buggy or truck... That is it! I will stay with my brushless set ups. Plus, its the FASTEST WAY TO GO!

Today I will be finishing the wiring of the HiTec Servo, Futaba Reciever, Castle Creation ESC and Castle Creation Cooling Fan... Really only been at this car for a avg. of 1hr or 1.5 each time... and NOT everyday... really slow build between the lady, kids and working 3rd shift and trying to sleep 2x a day... Not much time available, but coming out NICE! Also purchased 1 extra body and rec'd a FREE one from Team Assoc. ...Yay! More custom colors to come! I think I will be trying some masking and grafix on one of the bodies... More pics to come of the Mamba Monster/Neu Castle w/cooling fan set up to come!
