Your looking at a cached image in your browsers memory Tommy. If you clear your cache you get a big red [X]

Looks like your bracket to open or close the image for the code to complete is wrong.

A web browser does nothing but read text code and then interprets it into something (hopefully) that we can all read. Everything needs an opening and closing argument. In order to display this text I am typing,.. when I hit the submit button the bulletin board software adds code and then re-writes your post in a form that can be understood by a web broswer. 'VBB' which is the software running on this server is PHP based. PHP is a type of programming language similar to CGI and relies heavy on database management to get the server to perform the functions needed to make these posts and all the functionality that we take for granted.

They have the ability to show code base disabled so I am going to have to cheat here in order for you to see the code for you do make sure the images you want posted here on the board show up.

Looking at yours it looked like your missing one of the brackets to start the IMG argument is mis-typed.

Hope that helps.

When you click reply or create a thread,.. the window you type in is nothing but an editor. You can manually insert VBB or UBB code to do the same thing clicking on the buttons above. In many cases options that are available to shared_user are omitted by system admins because they dont want users to have the functionality for what ever reason. If you know how to manually edit your post you can do more in your post than what they want you to do. For me,.. its easier to just manually type in what I want instead of relying on the edit buttons above.

Code:
Like there is no option above to create a code box like this,.. yet I have manipulated
what I know in order to create it. In this type of box I can use characters or symbols
that are not allowed to be type in a normal text box. I can curse and get around text
filters in this also. I and type 'PM' in here with out the filter catching its and adding
 the 'shared' part before it.
