Considering a stang...
Hi Ford guys. Im looking into getting a new (used) car sometime after the first of the year, and Im considering a Mustang...the 94-98 models in particular. Would prefer a GT, but would consider a v6 if the price was right.
Anyhow...any major issues with these cars I should know about? What should I look close at, besides the normal stuff? Its only gonna be a DD...probably get some I/H/E mods, but thats about it.

I think that means which ever is cheaper.
Should ask what kind of car he drives now and what does he feel most comfortable driving. Not everyone was meant to drive a RWD V8 Mustang. I mean when someone posts bond,.. you know who's giong back to jail and who's going home.

As far as handling the power...I used to own a 1989 Firebird Formula 350 w some mods. Thats 235 hp and 318 ft-lb tq compared to something like 205 hp and 285 ft-lb tq in the stang.

Well when someone mentions H/E/I means they wanna mod it and modding a V6 Mustang is
. I would mod and drive a Honda before a V6 Mustang. Only makes sense as far as price and market of aftermarket parts new or used
If someone says "they couldnt handle that powa" shouldnt be driving period.....Your foot controls the power, the power doesnt control you....not matter what your userd to driving. Eveything different has a learning curve. You just have to respect it till you're ready to start leaning on it
