My two rules in the shop are if it brakes buy snap on ( if it's not ) and if you borrow it twice buy one.

i do it everyday too. Whats funny is a lot of snap on stuff is made by someone else, but the minute it gets the snap on name added to the package it gets 30% price increase. I was looking to get some wheel stud installers. The snap on guy wanted $100 for a 4 piece set. The exact set, that is made by ka-star off the other tool truck was $70. The onyl different is the one said snap on the other said kastar but both are made by kastar. Pretty much everyone at the dealer uses an IR impact gun, quite a few guys have other snap on tools. Snap on stuff is just nice, I just havent seen the reason for it to all be twice the price than anything else.
