I guess some people cannot visualize why the deck-height would make a difference in the mounting point.

Well, just for tech sake... what cars come stock with what you needed? I know the stang didnt have 351... so a vic,truck,van? Is it on the correct side? Im thinking the FMS one is stock 93-5 lightning?
I scratch built brackets for the a/c on my lightning-blocked '51 truck. Sits exactly where the smog pump was, alt and p/s on d-side.
