The top one is a convertible.
The bottom most certainly has a coupe hard top on it.
A hard top convertible?
First time I've ever seen one. That or the images are photo-shopped.

After taking a second look. The bottom picture does have the rear quarter windows down. Quite strange. I swear it looks like a hard top coupe. I personally pref a coupe,.. I had a friend killed in a Camaro convertible that rolled over at 35 mph.
