That would be like putting a BBF on a go-cart. Only it floats. lol

the size of that blower is fuckin sick!!!

how would u even cruise that on the water without doin a backflip???

my cuzn had a 4.3HO twin turbo'd vortec on an airboat, it was useless on the water cuz u couldnt yank it to full boost, but chain that bitch to a tree and it would blow the leaves on the neighbors yard damn well.

Yeah, my friend had one when I lived in Seattle. It was an olde one...All wood like that one is. Their AWESOME boats. GREAT fun to ride in.... A bit unable to reach the full capabilities of the motor, but hey...Who cares...You get ALL the babes in bikinis at the beach. LOL

thats a sk class boat (unlimited)I raced SS 427 BBC, 17' flat bottom V drive. The drive shaft passes by your shoulder then goes into a gear box then back out to the prop. You wear a parachute so you can get tossed out. No seatbelts (they were not allowed) oh yes you go over 120. Pasagrile to Clearwater was a hoot. This was before wake zones and exhaust restrictions

My friends SK boat broke a Carillo rod and instead of it granading the block it hit the side of the block and then the force of it hitting the block flipped the boat. The rod bolt left an impression inside the block. Now they use a breakaway shaft on the crank so when something grenades it breaks the prop shaft and not flip the boat.

Holy shit thats insane. That would be really cool to actually watch happen. Not the grenading part but just the sheer force of the rod smacking the inside of the block and flipping the boat.

what was amazing is this was on the back straight going over 115 at around 74-7600 rpm. We saw a puff of smoke then a split second later the boat flips instantly, not back and forth, side to side but like right now. It throws Pat probably about 75 yards, he bounces on the water, on the first hit and is airborne over 15-18 feet looks like. Thank godness for his helmet and the rescue boat about 10 yards away when he pops up from under the water.
