I PM'ed Donnie...Im not a fan of the 5-speed. When I had them my car it stayed broke. But I drove them to the breaking point with minor mods. C-4's have been good to me

ty guys for the grats and some pons but im not there in florida to where i can find these cars daily in boneyards and that im in toledo and its hard to find one thats is good,same year,same engine, to try to find anything...but other then that i wanna put a t-5 into it but i dont wanna be like JChauncey and be walking because like my dad i love to play with cars that has a set of balls..also its my daily driver and i need something to where i aint no x3 grand at 60 mph on the highway espically since i have a 12 gallon tank in it
tko 500/600 trannys are good 5 speeds.
im not walking though.

Ok.
Another thing to look into is a T-5 with the world class upgrade kit. I had one in my 86 with a B&M shifter on it. Felt really stout and didnt grind at all even when shifting hard.
