he is right....we are too soft.......

when we fought in the WW's we dropped massive bombs....then we went back and gave the survivors wheel barrels and shovels and told them to rebuild their country.....Glenn Beck said this today.......made so much sense....
look at those countries today...Japan, Germany....etc.....

We need to make a stand and fight the way we used too.....all or nothing.....

We are at war with an ideology not territory. It is different and much more involved with the economy and dependancy on oil, global trade and relations. we MUST stay, we will never be out of that country or any country we have relations with. We will succeed, it will happen.

 

The problem with a war such as this one (a religous/ideological war) is that it can never be won. When do we declare victory? When they give up? Well, in a religious war, they have no problems with dying for their "allah" or God. They actually view it as a great honor. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world right now, so we aren't going to kill them all. How do you win? When do you delare victory? When do you just say it isn't worth it anymore? When Osama Bin Ladin is killed?

*Don't look now, but the CIA is likely watching now because of my statement above containing Bin Ladins name LOL*

When he is killed (BTW, my BIL, who was in special forces Army, had him in his sights once years ago and was told to stand down) They will view him as a martyr and celebrate. In fact, it will probably fuel them even more. I'm not saying pull out and quit, but lets have a clear goal that is attainable. Define "winning" this war in Afganistan. Define "winning" in Iraq. THEN we will be able to do it. Our military can achieve ANYHING. If you tell them to kill em all, they will. If you tell them to kill every man, but leave the women, they will. If you tell them to kill all the adults, they will. If you tell them to kill EVERYTHING, they will. Tell them what the goal is, and they CAN and WILL achieve it.

 

Well, if they are fighting a religious war, there seems to be only two choices for when the war is over:

1) It is over when the entire world is Muslim.

2) It is over when all the radical muslims are dead.

Personally, I vote for #2. If anyone is aware of a 3rd choice, I'm open to convincing arguments not wistful thinking.

 

No wistful thinking here, but islam teaches that anyone who is not a muslim must be killed or pay a "jizza", or slave tax. If you are not a muslim, you must a) convert b) be killed or c) pay the jizza.

Killing all the muslims is not a viable option as it is the 2nd largest religion in the world next to Christianity, but it's gaining fast.

 

If you have young kids I would HIGHLY recommend reading "Terror at Beslan" by John Giduck. I just took a class of his and was shocked at how close we are to having a school siege right here in America.
Its coming and we are not prepared in any way. This type of incident would bring America to its knees politically, socially, and economically.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is we are in for a real wake up call that will devastate our way of life. Hopping up the Mustang will be the last thing you will think of when you go to bed at night!

WEll, hopefully that's not something that will bring America to its knees but rather make them finally stand up.

So, why isn't killing them all a viable option? They seem to think that killing all of us is a viable option. I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet and become Muslim.
