Y is it a 17 year old can commit a crime or a act of great violence and be charged as a adult? and even crimes even lesser and still be charged as a adult, but when it comes to sex (something natural to all life forms) be charged all of a sudden as a minor... As she did not know she was about to enter the car to give head or ride on cawk! I don't understand this...
