I am 37, and I am simply not attracted to girls who are 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 years old. Now, SOME of the women who are in their 20's are attractive. When I was like 18-25 or so, I would totally go after 17 year old girls....but not often. I knew it was verboten. I KNEW that if I had sex with them, I would pay for the rest of my life. It's the screwing you get for the screwing you got, so to speak. Basicly, if you're going to have sex with an underage girl, it better be the BEST pussy you will ever have in your life, because you will likely pay for it the rest of your life.

Freaking pedophiles piss me off. Put them in a small cell with a big man named Tiny.

 

I really don't see it as a huge crime issue.. While I agree its 100% going to cost you your job but its not like this was a 12 year old.

Look at the history of female teachers that have slept with students.. They seem to get slapped on the hand. And they were messing with much younger students.

Its one thing if a teacher forces themselves on a 17 year old, but thats not what we are talking about.

 

I have to agree with 08GOGT. And a side note, at least it wasnt a 10 year old boy or anything of that nature, the girl was 17, well on her way of knowing right and wrong. It doesnt excuse it, but nevertheless. I remember when I was a manager at Publix in the Bakery department, I had this little peice of ass that went to Sickles High. 17 years old, I was 24, it was very taboo, but believe you me, when she turned 18, it was on like Donkey Kong.

You showed your maturity by waiting until she was of LEGAL age. The laws are not always cool, but they are LAWS. Not suggestions.

The LAW does not say "It is better not to have sexual relations with persons under the age of 18." It says that it is ILLEGAL to have sexual relations with a person under the age of 18 if you are 18 or older.

As in NOT LEGAL to do so.

Now, I believe (not everyone does) that the reason female teachers get lighter punishments is that a female forcing herself onto a MALE student is not really "forcing" and it is obvious. I mean, the kid gets hard...right? Well....It's a bit different with a girl. If a male teacher forces himself onto a female student, how are we to know whether she was coerced? How are we to know if he promised that he would give her A's if she gave him a hummer or two? We don't...Also, girls are easier to manipulate than boys are. Immagine an "ugly" looking female teacher approaching a boy who is getting a C in her class and saying "If you have sex with me, I'll give you an A." Then immagine an ugly MALE teacher making the same promis to a girl. Well....he will sweet talk and try his hardest to make it happen. And he will use coersion to accomplish his goal. He may even tell her that if she doesn't do it, he'll tell her parents that she approached him. Now he is threatening her. Now, girls don't want to be known as "sluts", so they will do what is necissary to keep their reputaion and if that means giving the ugly teacher a hummer and getting an A in a class, then they will likely do it. The boy on the other hand will simply say yeah, whatever. Tell my parents that I approached you for sex. Everyone in the school will think he's "The Man" and/or that he didn't do it. They would never believe it. I mean, grown women just don't do that sort of thing.....do they? LOL Obvoiously they do as Mary Kay LeTourneau and Deborah LaFave have shown and proven. But public opinion and perception is that they don't do that sort of thing. Thats why Women are not punished as harshly as men who commit the same basic crime.

Actually the law when it comes to what age you are an adult at is not very clear. Hell 16 year olds are charged as adults all the time now. So how is it that you can say a 16yr old is an adult and then say a 17 year old is not..

Now the other issue is the age of consent is not even close to being black and white.. States have all diffrent laws about it and can be confusing as hell with all the grey areas they have.

And the crap about it not being forcing on a male is total crap. You don't have to have sex to be assaulted sexually plus just because the kid gets a hard on does not mean that he was not forced into the situation.

And to get back on point. This guy was not like a Physics teacher or Math teacher. So I doubt a chick would sleep with a Coach for an A in Phys Ed.
