Michael Knight always pulled KITT into the Knight Industries tractor trailer at highway speeds right? Let's say the truck was travelling at 70MPH; to pull KITT onto the ramp and into the truck, let's say KITT was travelling at 75MPH. Now, as soon as the rear wheels touch the ramp, wouldn't KITT be travveling at 145MPH, thus shooting through the front of the tractor?

hmm.. i never saw the muthbusters episode for this idea. Here is my logic...if you are running 5 mph onto one of those belt walker things at the airport..all of the sudden you are going your speed + the waler speed. i can see if KITT suddenly went into neutral, but if the accelerator was still on...I think KITT would go all through the trailer.
