they arent accepting former military unless it was within a year of discharge, or current military. you need paperwork Duceanahalf I have a packet, you need class, fingerprints and $117, will bring it down to you next time I'm down
I just sent the paperwork off to get my international Carry permit, through the state dept, you can carry on plane, and in friendly countries. (hard to get, the clearance is expensive,my unit paid for mine, did they interview you for my clearance Duceanahalf?

I got ink prints and had it back right at 3 weeks, maybe quicker. I remember thinking how fast it was! It's especially quick if you have no criminal record at all.
