honestly if you just watch alot of incar footage, listen to the foot work, and watch the hands, you can pretty much learn it all. Once you get the foundation of how to catch the car and throw the car you're set. From there its just getting set time to practice.
here i have a nice playlist going on YT of incar that i use to study. It works out pretty well as i found out after doing only my 2nd event and almost linked a whole front section of the track.
