You all already know these CFRC events are the bomb, and I had a great time as usual. But, I would like to give some feedback from my perspective, as a driver.
The pits were stupid crowded last night, it was a clusterf*ck of cars and people. It could use a little more organization IMO.
Also, I only got 8 runs which feels small considering the event before I got about 15-20. More organization with groups, or maybe smaller groups.
And lastly, on a trivial point, that DJ needs to get better speakers and amps or turn that music down. It sounded like gargled mash potatoes coming out of the speakers, every single track he played was clipping real hard.

Anyways, just some feedback, dont get me wrong I love these events. See ya'll at the next one!

 

I did notice them to be a bit crowded we only had 41 cars so it should not have been so. I have a feeling people who were suppose to park in the spectator area slipped into the pit area. This will be resolved at the next event.

I will talk to my guys and see what we can do to squeeze in more runs for you guys.

And on to the sound/DJ. This was not the DJs fault at all. For a 14 year old kid he did awesome. We purchased the speakers about a week before the event. As with most electronics they sound much better in the store. Once we set them up last night we realized they were not the right ones for us. They are being returned on Monday and we will be investing in a system that is much better.

There was 41 drivers total. Last event there was 39. We always try to keep it around 40

we are going to work on the groups to get a little better. im not event track staff or nothin, but try to help out always. driver cap isnt really needed and if it was,,, prolly @40 which is one less than was there. lets just realize that the events are the best FL has seen in years.

8-10 runs used to be expected at events but lately with some low attendance events = 15-20 runs. we got spoiled.

if you all only knew how few people run the events, you would understand when there is a few glitches. few more helping and 'dedicated' (not slacking) people to run things and these events will get better and better.


got to the track at 4pm- setup stuff, then did some ridealongs/tips, and some working the start with Vas, watched some sweet drivin, left the track at 3am after clean up with the cfrc crew, nos crew, and dj crew. got home at 6am. I got 0 runs. I'd do it again tomorrow cuz the event was AWESOME.

 

well he went strait at the wall, luckily for him there were tires infront of the wall... he did manage to launch one of the tires tho

 

If next year you guys need more volunteers and I'm still not driving the events, then I'm down to help out.

 

the event was badass.. when the corolla hit the tires all i seen was the dude with crutches bail leaving the crutches behind lol.. and the guy that slammed into the wall backwards somehow my friend filmed it i will try and get it up soon buy we were hit with tail parts lol..
