Default Newbie to the TR forum....

hey all, just introducing myself to everyone. my name is nick. i've messed around w/ cars for about 5 years now, and am trying to get into the drifting scene. i have a 82 320i and a 87 325i. but anyway....my '82 is almost done...a couple mmore months and i'll drop the motor in.

here's a pic...it's kinda old school, but 'eh, i like it.

Those old beemers are pretty cool.
How about some more details on the setup?

the engine is a 1979 2.0 liter (bored .50mm over) mated to a 5 speed off an the '82.
stock cam/valves
1976 BMW 2002 Intake Manifold w/ Weber 32/36 downdraft carb
Racetep 1.5" Header
Mitsubishi EVO X Recaro's

i want to get coilovers for it as well as a 25mm front swaybar w/ urethane bushings and a 19mm rear swaybar.

pretty basic setup for now.

i also need to weld my diff, any1 know a reputable place/person thjat can get that done?
