OMFG the pics in this case did NOT COME OFF OF THE VERSION SELECT WEB SITE PEOPLE !!!!!!!! JESUS CHRIST ! They were on Vivid Racings web site.
Rey - I hate to argue with you, but your wrong on many points. I happen to have the copyright laws handy and I have my clothing company logo and anything I do as an artist is protected by copy right. Feel free to search here >>> http://www.copyright.gov/title17/
It is the artists work and is his/hers and they have soul rights to it unless otherwise stated. Yes, I agree Photos are a little tricker to prove due to the digital age, but there are ways.. Second thing being you can not take a picture of something with out the permission/consent of the owner and post it on the internet for the intent of use/sales and not have any legal recourse.
Samething with a picture of a person with out the consent of someone. There are laws out there about this.
So you want to know how you prove the pics are yours? Easy.. I can tell you one of the easiest ways. Hence you can date stamp them or notorize them, mail them to your self in a sealed envalope and never open them. The US postmark will hold in a court of law.
