Me neither. I threw out my gatorade bottles, but for real...people litter because they are lazy fucks, making them walk a mile to throw away trash isnt going to help the problem.

10 random D Day 8 thoughts By Drumfunken:

1. a.)Not having the oval to slide sucked. Why cause even if you suck and have no power you can still slide that oval and feel proud of yourself. b.) You can always get tire smoke drifting through that turn so much more so then the others.

2. The way the laps were run was awsome we did get alot more runs for our money and that was a bonus so much that I got mad when they told me to stop cause I had so many more Ideas and things I wanted to try because of all the experience we were getting and then it was like having the floor fall out from under you, you're like NOOOOOOOOOOOOO I wanna drift all NIGHT LONG!!!!!!!!!!! Don't make me stop.. Ok sorry about that I just really didn't want to leave the track... they need to invent everlasting tires!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. How many drivers were there?????????

4. The dirt in turn 1?????? Ummm somebody's gotta think of something to stop that. In the advanced group 2nd heat the very 1st 2 cars ate it in turn 1 and Dirt and rocks the size of my fist were all over it. The problem I really had with this was Eric. I came around and told him of this and he did nothing. Now I can see if we were five laps in but this was at the very start. Had he stopped us cleaned just that corner with push brooms and let us proceed it probably would have stopped the carnation of that corner that took place that heat. I stopped slidding the turn just because those chunks of rock we just to dangerous to my car, and the sand was like ICe. Even though we were in the advanced group and we shouldn't go off the track SH*t happens and unfortunatly it happened to very first 2 cars. Then everyone suffered through those laps. Except For Rob F who was all rally style with it!

5. We didn't exactly get started on time just a little late. So if we could actually get started early or on time think about how many laps we would have gotten then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6. I 2nd having maybe some laps in the middle or something just dedicated to the oval. You can learn alot on a oval especially that one cause you can mongi through the str8s to connect and Mongi is a good way to help you learn how to exit a drift. Its car control!

7. Enjuku racings MIke Palmer is the Man. Big thanks to him and Enjuku for changing tires!!!!!! I really wouldn't be able to get through these all day events with out them.... (I only have one set of rims I like to drift on)

8. DG needs to figure out a way of placing the advanced, intermediate, and beginners. Cause I noticed alot of people in the beginners or intermediates who should have been in the advanced!!!!! I'm not the greatest and I was in the advanced(I know how to get out of the way quickly) and I would have gladly moved to intermediate to let some of the better guys in the advanced so we could have had some sick hotlap almost tandem action!!!!!!!!

9. We need a DJ or some music or something to add a little interaction for the crowd. Something other then the drifting to get people there so they can see the drifting and be like Wow.

10. DG Trial ROCKS!! ok nuff said anyone who hasn't attended better attend the next cause you don't know what you're missing!!!!! You'll leave with a smile gurantteeed. See you all dec 2nd.

I agree on playing music in the spectating area. Just put the microphone next to a radio, tuned to some country music (that's all they play in ocala) would be fine. No need for an announcer, or dj. What really would be nice is some of those Initial D songs!
I know this is just a place to practice, not event, but there should be some things that will make it a little more entertaining. Music and 1 grill is all we need out there.

I had a chat with that driver, and he was well aware of the understeering. Domestics arent easy to drift.

i was one of those spectators on the side being a back seat driver, but you know what? i gave jonas some advice that really helped him progress after his first session. all of his runs were taped. so when we got back we did some more critiquing and found a couple more things that need to be adjusted. so if you were talking about me talking shit, yeah i kinda was if you look at it in that light.
