been there, done that got the tee shirt!!! shit happens when you push it on the street, but it also makes you a better driver once you realize you have limits. like charles said it comes with age. damn you hit it hard, i bet your hatch don't open anymore!!!

welded diff is easy to handle. it just takes a different type of driving. those that can't adapt to it will have problems.

welded diff is like 2 way diff. understeer unless you know how to cope with it. Not hard, but different.

Sucks that you wiped out though, if it was the same road I'm thinking of I'm not suprised at what happened. That road is very tough.

welded diff is great... but once you loose it, the diff is unforgiven.. it will stay locked...

the difference is, with a two way diff, u can clutch in, and the diff will unlock (aka regaining traction/stop sliding). with a welded ur stuck
