Default Working Ebrake?

I have 2 rebuilt calipers in the rear, and my cable has been adjusted.(@ the cabin ebrake) It works fine when parking. However if I try to lock the rear wheels either in the rain or the dry it wont lock up(tring to drift). I cant figure out why there is not enough pressure to lock them up. I might try new pads (I have SPL advanced autoparts) and my rotars are a little old(OE), but is there a way to make the cable stiffer, and maybe not strech as much. I need this thing to work for the next drift event. Clutch kick doesnt work for every corner. As can be seen by my last apperace.

Sounds sweet but do you have any tips. I was thinking if would be sweet to have another floating caliper for your ebrake to be totally independent from the normal brakes.

I have the same problem. When I try to lock up my ebrake it's hopeless nearly. I've tried to lock it up in a road covered with a bit of sand and it still wouldn't lock up worth crap. I'm thinking it's the pads, and maybe I should get some performance pads, but I don't know.
