i learned that i just need to relax and do what i know how to do. Not saying i tried anythig out of my reach, just that it was my first event ever and i was a bit mentaly frazzled. I think my best lap might have been my first lap out.
for those who dont know i have the black s14 with bronze meshies in the rear and toms up front.

I learned I need to get my Ebrake to work to finish the rest of the course. And the first 3 turns are my fav. Everything thing else is to slow! lol

I also learned that throttle control with weilded diff is key, along with an earlier clutch kick, because a late clutch kick = a spin out. Learning on new suspesion and sticky tires all around is like jumping into a brand new car, but at the end of the day I began to get it.

Well that was my first time on that track, so I haven't learned anything since last time. But this was my first time with good tires up front Falken Azenis rock!!! and a good working car. I thought I did pretty good. I need to rebuild my LSD and get some suspension. 170K on stock shocks = OWNAGE.

Exactly! The first time I went out I spent the entire track in the dirt. This was my first time drifting turbo'd and it took a little getting used to. I was so used to going into the corner and boucing off the rev limiter. The turbo taught me alot about finess and throttle control. I was so excited when I almost comboed the whole track. Still need to learn to get that first corner slide started earlier.

Well, since I am a much slower learner than everyone, I actually learned how to hold a slide. Honestly, I was never able to do that and I actually did a few times for once! Hahaha. I know this sounds lame, but I am happy. I also know that I am starting too late and like Jonas, I am handling the wheel too much. when I just let go of the wheel, it worked out better.

I learned a few things.

1) ST115 absolutely owns for drifting out back compared to RE050's .. RE050's smoked great on my first run, but that was all they had. I completely destroyed a set of them. So my second run all I did was spin ( It was my last run of the day )

2) THE NEW CAR ROCKS REALLY HARD! For those of you that saw we have two Enjuku cars now, That was the first time the second one even drove!!! Yes we drove it down the street, and on to the trailer, but that was it! I had never driven the car before! And I came out drifting from the very beginning. That was how much confidence that car inspired in me. I love that thing!

3) Cars are like horses. Some times they just don't like you regardless of how you treat them.

The most important thing I learnt is pay for the event earlyer. I think i was few hours late. and don't spend money if I can't participate the event.
