Building a proper sized pad that would be big enough to run decent drift events and autocrosses would be more expensive to make happen than building a small road course ala Primus or Ocala.

Trust me, We've priced out alot of things.

Pavement is expensive. Insurance is expensive, drag or drift.

You wouldn't be able to make money back on either because tampa people are too cheap :-/
