update: found out why my car was running like shit on my last few runs, the SAW wire on my EDIS, which is the wire that controls ignition timing advance, can loose, so basically on my last 2-3 runs out there my car was running at 10 degrees advanced timing instead of the normal 30+ no wonder it was back firing so bad and running like shit.
