A 1997 BMW m3, automatic, bone stock.

Will it go sideways? well?
worth drifting it?

just want to get some peoples opinions,

(btw its not my car)

anything can go sideways
you have to make it, it doesnt do it by itself.

lol, i figured, i just

A) dont have much experience with the car
B) the experience with the car that i had it didnt want to even slip a little in the back.

but i do know it can go sideways...

NO BMWs are not designed really for drifting especially a stock M3. Their more set up for grip/handeling.

yes you will be able to drift it pretty easily


but without an oil pan baffle i wouldnt'.

i agree i use to drive one and that car does everything to keep you from sliding even with the traction control off. but that is a hell of a car. probly the best handiling stock car you can buy.

they dont break loose easy.... Not M3s SORRY. They are set up to Corner.

I mean Im not saying its impossible but it is Difficult. Stock suspension isnt set up for drifting. The car will want to HuG the road.
