WEEKDAYS: $2,500 PER WEEKDAY FOR UP TO 4 CARS, $150 PER ADD'L CAR maximum 10 cars. $2,500 for up to 10 motorcycles, maximum 10.

SKID PAD: The skid pad can be rented along with the Road Course or individually for $650.00 per day.
TOW TRUCK: If needed, is $250.00 per day for 7.5 hours, over 7.5 hours the additional fee will be $25.00 per hour.
RESCUE: (Required) $70.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, includes ambulance. If the fire truck is required it is $65.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
CONDITIONS: All drivers/riders must have a competition license unless accompanied by a certified instructor or a school. Gates open at 8:00 a.m., on track at 9:00 a.m. Off track at 4:00 p.m., gates close at 5:00 p.m. sharp. Without corner workers, we prefer a single car on track; at your discretion you may run at a maximum of 3 cars, spaced widely apart. Motorcycles are allotted three on track at one time spaced widely apart. Client is responsible for safety and tech inspection. No wheel to wheel. No passing in turns.

im not exp. in setting up track days but that looks kinda exp to me.

they have burms between the river and the track. look a little closer. so no one will prob be going into the sink.

this is the really bad part.

 

well the kart track wont be ready for another 6 months to a year for cars since they have to wait for the asphalt to set. they have lights up on the kart track now and will be working in about 2 weeks and will be able to run till 10 at night

they do have a 300'x200' skid pad WITH SPRINKLERS.

cost for the skid pad is usually $650 + tax a day (8am-4pm) which is all we need.
will also need $3million liability insurance. they have a few companies they can work with for 1 day insurance.
for the day it will be $525 for rescue personel
we will need a gate person (tony) since we would be expecting a lot of spectators.

spectator fee will most likely be around $10 a person and donna said they could work something out to accomadate up to 300 spectators.

driver fee will probably be around $100 for preregistration and a little more for day of. didnt sound like 40-50 cars bothered her

the only weekends they have open are Sept sat the 11, sat the 25, and sun the 26.

maybe we can do a two day deal with the 25 and 26? who knows?

but you need to be an organization (dgtrials) with the $3 mill insurance to rent it out since no one has competition licenses and/or this isnt a school thing, unless someone can set that up.
